Highly influenced by its 4 soils ranging from pink granite to marl-limestone substrates, the Brouilly delivers a deep and intense ruby color, more fruity and floral aromas with frank evocations of red berries, plum and even some mineral notes. which restore the bouquet of gamay.

From its melted tannins, the wine offers finesse and joy.

Singularity, none of the municipalities of the appellation bears his name.

The most extensive and southernmost of the Beaujolais wines derives its name from Mount Brouilly, where Brulius, a lieutenant of the Roman army, sat.

The Lord of Beaujolais: With an area of 660 ha, this vineyard does not take its name from a town, but from a 15th century windmill.

Present in the departments of Saone et Loire and the Rhone and in the communes of Romanèche Thorins and Chénas, at an average altitude of 200 m.

Full-bodied and complex, Moulin-à-Vent is the ultimate wine of choice, up to 10 years depending on the vintage.

Anchored in a soil composed of pink granite and friable, rich in manganese undoubtedly at the origin of its characteristics, the Moulin-à-vent is an intense and tannic wine.

With age, it tends to "pinot", thus getting closer to Burgundy wines.
